Banking on a precision rollout.

Bank of America merged with Nationsbank, creating a 5,000-site need for new signs across the United States that encompassed ATM and full-branch locations. California, with 1,250 locations, represented the last phase of this nationwide rollout--flawless, on-time completion was crucial.
Bank of America's brand, according to plan.

Icon was chosen to handle a significant portion of the nationwide sign manufacturing, as well as both manufacturing and installation for 250 sites in California. We also provided critical assistance to the project management firms as needed at various points during planning and implementation.

Icon supported project managers with sophisticated, customized databasing, reporting and invoicing that enabled daily tracking of changes and precise cost accounting by location. Our field managers brought real expertise to bear in handling any punchlisting so that once installation crews left the site, it was complete--and everything was right--eliminating the need for the customer or project management firm to inspect each location.

Icon inspected all products at distribution centers, including those produced by other manufacturers, addressing any freight damage or nonconformity issues before final shipping so that when product arrived at each site, it could be installed without delays.

Bank of America completed the final rollout, successfully meeting its critical timeframe.
