Motoring a big launch within a mini-timeframe.

BMW's acquisition of the U.K.'s classic Mini created a unique offering in the SUV-dominated U.S. marketplace: a small and efficient yet powerful automobile for the growing number of people who realize they don't need a truck to get from point A to point B. Dealer showroom elements had to be as exciting as the car, and they had to be installed flawlessly in a very short timeframe--15 locations within two weeks.
Mini's brand, according to plan.

Icon offered the right skillset for the project, including project managers, field service professionals and installers experienced at working on non-traditional installations within demanding schedules. In other words, we offered speed, responsiveness and agility that any Mini would envy.

Icon performed under pressure. We kept crews available to mobilize at a moment's notice as dealer showroom elements arrived from Germany. We assembled and installed each, including desks, kiosks, communication frames for banners, and glass display cases, at all 15 sites in 11 days--three days ahead of schedule.

Mini achieved its ambitious showroom element installation schedule, which enabled it to successfully launch its brand in the United States, according to plan.
