Concurrent with every project, Icon is continuously monitoring the efficacy of our service to our clients. We have a number of indices and processes for gathering feedback on performance. The most important is knowing what our clients think.
Our Program Charters define project requirements and milestones so that everyone understands the expectations and commitments required for a project to succeed. We also assess our Customer Value Proposition annually to validate our performance. This enables our clients to provide face-to-face feedback on how we have done, as well as help us establish expectations for future projects.
We regularly survey our clients. The results serve as a quality improvement tool for all Icon employees and guides continual education and training programs, incentive compensation and goal setting.
Icon’s Value Proposition reporting keeps our clients apprised of our service on their behalf during the past year. We track progress on completed and open jobs and recommend cost saving measures and opportunities for project enhancement through process improvements and other value adding actions.
